“I am so excited to be participating in the Menuhin Competition this year. I remember sitting in the audience at the age of ten with my mum when it was last held in London in 2004, and I feel proud to be taking part this year in my home country! I’m really looking forward to meeting fantastic young violinists from across the world and performing on an international platform in front of some incredible artists and pedagogues. Menuhin has left behind a wonderful legacy of support for young musicians and this is exemplified in the Competition – I feel so grateful for this opportunity.” (Mathilde Milwidsky)
