“I feel honoured to be selected to participate in the Menuhin competition 2016. It is a very prestigious competition and I am excited to be able to meet some of the best young violinists around the world. This will be my first trip to London and I hope to learn more about the place and the culture there. I am looking forward to making new friends who love classical music like me and to learn from the renowned violinists there.” (Samuel Tan)
