Four prizewinners of the Menuhin Competition London 2016 participate in the Kronberg Academy Violin Masterclasses

A month today the Violin Masterclasses at Kronberg Academy begin and London 2016 prizewinners SongHa Choi, Yesong Sophie Lee, Kevin Miura and Johan Dalene will all be participating.

The Menuhin Competition offers performance and masterclass opportunities as an invaluable addition to the cash prizes and instrument loans, and laureates from many previous editions of the Menuhin Competition have taken part in this masterclass opportunity offered in collaboration with Kronberg Academy.

The masterclass participants will be tutored by Ana Chumachenco, Miriam Fried, Boris Kuschnir or Mihaela Martin in public masterclasses. A range of evening concerts run alongside the masterclasses and guest artists performing include #Geneva2018 juror Itamar Golan, #Geneva2018 conductor Julian Rachlin, Gidon Kremer, Gilles Apap and Alexander Sitkovetsky as well as Menuhin Competition Austin 2014 semi-finalist William Hagen. It is sure to be a wonderfully enriching experience for all involved!
