I am so delighted I have been given the chance to take part in this prestigious music competition. It is an honour as well as a challenge for me to compete with other violinists from all over the world. Moreover, I have always been fascinated by the interpretations and the personality of Yehudi Menuhin and I am thankful that I was given the chance to live this adventure, which I am sure will help me grow as a musician. I am looking forward to be on stage offering my music to the audience. (Alexandra Cooreman)
